Bring 2 large pots of salted oiled water to boil.
Cook spaghetti in one pot and chicken in the other.
When chicken is done (165 degrees Fahrenheit), season chicken with lemon pepper seasoning
Mix cooked chicken and ingredients for Marinara sauce in large sauce pan.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish add 1/2 of the spaghetti, top with 8 oz. (1/2) of cottage cheese, add 1/2 chicken marinara sauce, add 8 oz. (1/2) of shredded cheese.
Add one more layer using up all of the spaghetti, sauce and toppings.
Bake in oven until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
