Place the avocados in a large mixing bowl, Add the salt, cumin and cayenne pepper and mash together.
Mix the onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro and jalapenos and stir to combine. Squeeze lime juice over mixture to create pico de gallo.
Mix in pico de gallo with avocado mixture.
Wrap the guacamole and allow to sit at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
